We present you our chocolate Drip to cover your creations or simply to decorate.
It comes in a food-grade plastic jar with a screw-on, interchangeable nozzle for direct decoration. The drip can be heated in a bain-marie (approx. 40°C) or at low temperature in the microwave. If you use the latter, you should heat it for 30 seconds, take it out and shake it well, then heat it again for 20 seconds to have it at its optimum application point. Cover cakes and cupcakes with this icing. If it hardens, it can be reheated.
The basic flavour is vanilla, as it contains real Bourbon vanilla.
