The emulsions are particularly suitable for use in the most extreme environments, such as high temperature processing. An excellent choice for all those who make cakes, bases, biscuits, biscuits, but also fillings, icings and desserts.

Butter Vanilla baking emulsion is a combination of vanilla with a delicious butter flavour.


The emulsions are water-based and are a perfect non-alcoholic alternative to most extracts. By not using alcohol, but natural stabilisers and water, the emulsion can be exposed to extreme heat, without any detriment to its taste.

1 teaspoon of extract = 1 teaspoon of emulsion

Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, modified starch (corn), xanthan gum, preservative: E202, artificial flavouring.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soya, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

This product is: Kosher certified, gluten free.

The recommended dosage is 12 grams of emulsion per kilo of dough.
