LorAnn Professional Bakery Emulsions (LorAnn Professional Bakery Emulsions) are distinguished from concentrated extracts by their delicious and intense long lasting flavour. The emulsions are particularly suitable for use in the most extreme environments, such as high temperature processing. An excellent choice for all those who make cakes, bases, biscuits, biscuits, but also fillings, icings and desserts.

This Citroen emulsion contains only natural lemon extracts and provides a fresh and intense citrus flavour

The emulsions are water-based and are a perfect non-alcoholic alternative to most extracts. By not using alcohol, but natural stabilisers and water, the emulsion can be exposed to extreme heat, without affecting its taste.

1 teaspoon of extract = 1 teaspoon of emulsion

Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural flavouring, gum arabic, xanthan gum, preservative: E211.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soya, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

This product is: Kosher certified, gluten free.

Water soluble

The recommended dosage is 12 grams of emulsion per kilo of dough.
