LorAnn emulsions (LorAnn Professional Bakery Emulsions) differ from concentrated extracts by their delicious and intense long lasting flavour. The emulsions are particularly suitable for use in the most extreme environments, such as high temperature processing. An excellent choice for all those who make cakes, bases, biscuits, biscuits, but also fillings, icings and desserts.
Hazelnut emulsion has a delicious cinnamon flavour.
Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, colouring: caramel, natural and artificial flavouring, alcohol, xanthan gum, corn syrup, sugar, molasses.
May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soya, milk.
This product is: Kosher certified, gluten free.
Water soluble
The recommended dosage is 12 grams of emulsion per kilo of dough.
