LorAnn's baking emulsions are unique for their delicious, rich flavour. They are perfect for use in high temperatures and other extreme conditions. Add the flavour to your cake, pie, biscuits and, for example, cupcakes. You can also use it in your fillings, icings or desserts.

The butter biscuit baking emulsion is based on the popular spice biscuit flavour - speculoos. It has delicious notes of caramel, cinnamon, cardamom and other spices.

The emulsions are water-based and are a perfect non-alcoholic alternative to most extracts. As they do not use alcohol, but natural stabilisers and water, the emulsion can be exposed to extreme heat without affecting its taste.

Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, glycerine, natural and artificial flavouring, xanthan gum, salt.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soya, milk.

This product is: Kosher certified.

Water soluble

The recommended dosage is 12 grams of emulsion per kilo of dough.
