Organic vanilla concentrate with visual markers obtained by slow extraction to obtain a concentrate with an intense vanilla flavour and long-lasting on the palate, which is the recipe that comes closest to the pod, providing sweet vanilla notes. It adapts perfectly to preparations (creams, biscuits, cakes, yoghurts).

Recommended dosage per litre or per kg:

    Pastry creams, English, Catalan, ganache: +/- 20 grams.
    Biscuits, cakes: +/- 20 grams.
    Yoghurts: 7 to 9 grams.  

Ingredients:

    100% natural and organic Eurovainille vanilla extract made from Bourbon pods, composed of vanilla extract (obtained from a hydroalcoholic extraction of Bourbon pods), vanilla visual markers and a base of water, sugar and xanthan. Free of additives,preservatives,colouring agents.

     Store in a cool dry place, protected from light.
